Amelia dried herself off as best she coud then wrapped the towel around herself. She waved Abi into the house with her and ran to hug her dad. Daddy's girl.

Abi put her glasses back on and wrapped her towel around herself too and followed. She felt a bit awkward.

Amelia pulled her dad over, "Dad this is my new friend, Abigail."
Amelia's dad barely resembled her. He had black hair that was greying on the sides and was very tall. He had circular glasses and laugh lines, with a sightly pointy nose. He smiled at Abigail, "It's nice to meet you, Abigail," he held his hand out.

Abigail returned the smile and shook his hand, "It's nice to meet you too," she said politely.

He detected her accent immedietly and smiled wider. Amelia had gotten her smile from him, "Where are you from, little lady?"
Amelia's mom called Amelia into the kitchen.

"I've been there. Gorgeous place," he nodded, and looked over when he saw Amelia pull her mother out of the kitchen. Now THEY ooked a like, although her mom's hair was ong and very curly. She smiled at Abigail and seemed kind of shy. She hed her hand out to Abi with a small smile.
"It's nice to meet you."
