"Yeah but..." America didn't retort. He simply nodded and smiled a bit, "Then again one of the people who claimed to see him was Winston Churchill and that Brit was always drunk," he said as he watched Japan enter, and still didn't follow.

Japan wasn't one to be phased by ghosts. He knew there was no such thing so why worry about such a thing. He looked around the room. It was pretty interesting in there.

America watched and screamed a little when the floorboards creaked due to Japan's movement. America sweat dropped, smiling stupidly. He watched Japan move across the room, knowing he wouldn't touch or break anything, so he stayed silent. Until the closet door opened on it's own, to which America screamed again and clung to the door frame. A nearby maid blinked at America, and quickly walked away.

"There's nothing to be scared of America-san," Japan told the other nation as he walked out of the room. "The handel on that door isn't the best in the world so the door opened up slightly. Shall we continue with the tour?" he asked.

America stared at the closet door, shutting the door to the room and taking deep breaths. Home of the brave? "Yeah sure," he said, regaining his composure and continuing down the hall. He came to a door with two Secret Security guards were and America was forced to show them his ID and they looked at Japan. America smiled a bit, "They need to pat you down before you go into the Oval Office," he informed.

Japan nodded that he understood and was patted down for any weapons.

America smiled as they found Japan in the clear. America asked one of the guards if the President was in, but he shook his head no and America shrugged, opening the door and holding it for Japan.

"And this is where the president signs bills and does all his work?" Japan asked stepping inside the office.

"Yep~" America chirped, "Kind of amazing to think all the presidents have left something behind... Except Washington. Canada burned the first one down," he said and for a moment got a rare dark look in his eyes, before quickly turning back to normal.
((BRB, gunna take a shower))

"Canada burned down the first white house?" Japan asked. "I thought I heard that the White House wasn't built until John Adam's reign," Japan said.
((Okay.))

((Oh no it was Britain! I dunno why I typed Canada ^_^" I was too focused on Normandy XD))
America smacked his forehead, "I meant England! Sorry I was just talking to Canada," he laughed, "And yeah, but the servants were able to salvage some things from the previous ones. James Madison's wife saved the portrait of Washington," he looked at Japan, "How do you know so much about me!? And don't call it a 'reign'... It sounds like he was a dictator or something," he said half jokingly.

"I hear some things about every country here and there," Japan shrugged. All the countries knew somethings about the others.
((That's perfectly reasonable. Happens to all of us at times.))

America whistled, feeling bad he knew barely anything about Japan... Hey... "Hey maybe I should visit your house now, Japan!" he said.

"If you want to," Japan nodded.
((I may not be the best at explaining everything in Japan's house. I hardly know that much about the places. >.<))

((You can do a tiny pit of research, it doesn't really matter. You can make shit up for all I care XD)) America was now excited, "Cool let's go!" he said, fast walking out the door and leading Japan out of the White House. ((...How do they get from place to place ))
