((But it's New Years and China's giving him a break. And America did freak out he's (trying) to hide behind China XD))
China looked over his shoulder at Korea and gestured to the two westerners, "Do they look like they learned, aru?" "I didn't," America said, "You just kinda flopped your hands around like this," he demostrated, and China had to dodge his wildly flapping hand.

Korea sulked and then picked himself up again, "I shall teach again!" Korea got all the supplies and went on slowly and showing each step, "So you first get the tissue paper and fold them along the lines like this...then glue them each with a dab of glue on the dragon base..." After a few steps and when the dragon was half done, Korea suddenly flopped his arms up and down fast and accidentally made the dragon airborne, "This is too boring to explain~~"

"That's why you let me explain, Korea," Japan sighed. He had the patience to teach slowly unlike Korea who got bored with slow quiet times. Japan started to help the two West countries

The dragon hit America in the face and glued in his hair, since Korea was a messy gluer. He pulled it out going "Eeeeww..." and anime tearing, sliding his fingers through to get the goop off.

"Uwahh, 'mee-ahn-nae!" Korea shouted at America, running towards him. He tried to help get the glue out of America's hair.
[mee-ahn-nae = sorry]

America stood silently with a pout on his face as Korea tried to get the glue out. Thank god it didn't hit Nantucket! Or Texas. Especially Texas.

Japan sighed. He showed Canada how to make one and then had Canada try it on his own with Japan helping out if need be. He also was working on his own dragons.

Korea apologized again to America as he got the last bit of glue out. Korea shot out, "I'll repay you with a full volume DVD set of my Korean Dramas, America! You'll love them! I'll go get them now!" Korea left hurriedly without further direction, not even saying when he'll get back.

America watched him go and looked at China. He didn't even have to ask and China replied, "You'll hate them."
