America snickered, "Was it like, a verbal tick or like a rumble that they couldn't help?"

England smiled, "Possibly. It was amusing though."

"I suppose that's a disadvantage of being older than you."

"It was fun back then," he chuckled a bit and tilted his head, having a mini flashback, "though that was was probably one of my more mischevious eras."

"Why? What did you get up to?" England asked. America could tell /him/ a story for once.

"Possibly," England said. He leaned back against the pillows and urged him to tell him.

America wondered where to start the story, "I think it all started with women's sufferage..." he nodded, "Along with the right to vote, they wanted to ban alcohol as well. And they succeeded in both. 18th Amendment was the prohibition of alcohol and the 19th gave the women the right to vote. And not many people were happy about those two Amendments, especially the first one... And so we opened speakeasies. The speakeasies were normally someone's basement with cool ass switches where, if the police were coming, the guards would run downstairs, say the code word, everyone would hide, the switch would be pressed, and all the alcohol would be hidden one way or another," he smirked, "they were barely ever found..." he dazed for a moment, thinking of where to continue.
