Eli puffed his cheeks and tackled England, and made sure to get paint on nothing but England's hair.
"What's going on?" America asked as he peeked over the side of the elephant and 'aww'ed at them, "Arthur you'd look incredibly good with green hair~"

England ignored America's comment as he allowed Eli to tackle him. After a moment, he lifted Eli off him and pinned him to the floor gently with one hand and said, "Now then, what can I draw on Eli? ... I know!" He dipped his paintbrush on some pink paint and began to draw girly stuff on him.

"No you gotta stay still so I can finish this flower." England said, grinning. He looked up at America and said, "I dunno what you're smiling about; you're next!"

England finished drawing the flower on Eli then let him go deciding he had suffered enough. He dipped the paintbrush back into the paint pot and looked at America, wondering what he should draw on him.

America was now on his knees, backing up, smirking at the challenge. He liked when England smiled like this.
Eli sat there with a pout on his face.

"N-" bfore America could stand and run, the boy had tackled him. It wasn't enough force to knock him over, but America pretened like it was, "NOO!! YOU'LL NEVER TAKE ME ALIVE!"
Eli laughed and pinned America's wrist down, and America pretended to squirm like he couldn't get away, "I'll never talk; NEVER I TELLS YAH!"

"Keep him down." England said, as he grabbed some red, blue and white paint and drew the Union Jack on America's cheek.

"NUUU!" America shouted, even though he had no clue what England was doing. At first he thought it was going to be his flag, and realized England wouldn't do that, so he tried figuring out what was on his cheek while making a >:I face.

"No."
"Please?"
"No. I wanna do something."
"What?"
Eli took the paintbrush and let America go, and wrote on the other cheek, 'coke stealer'.
