"Welcome to the Imperial Palace," Japan pointed to high wall next to a large moat. "Usually we don't let the public come inside the gate, but if you can come in if you stay by my side and don't disturb the peace here," Japan begged the last part. He'd rather not regret taking America here.

Japan sighed. This was gonna be a big mistake. Why couldn't he have invited Canada instead, or Germany, or heck even Italy would be better than America.

America put a finger up and held out a giant heart shaped red lolly pop to Canada, and there was a tag off the side that read 'Happy Valentines Day, bro!!" and he held a smaller one out to Japan. He forgot until he saw Canada's red hoodie.

Canada took it and smiled, "Thanks." He held out red envelopes to both, "Happy Chinese New Year!" ((My friends and I were arguing about which was more important today ))

America blinked and broke his silence, "What? New Years was like two months ago!" he said, but took it anyway, "What's in here money?!"

"Happy Valentine's Day," Japan said. He had forgotten all about America's celebrated love day. "Happy Chinese New Year," he smiled. They would have a party later today for that day though. China had been the one to raise Japan so Japan celebrated holidays from China as well as his own.

Canada sighed, "Yes, money. Be more multi-cultural America. It's Chinese new Year too. Year of the Tiger."

"Rawr," America said quietly when Canada said tiger, and opened it, "Yey money!" he looked at Canada, shoving it in his pocket, "Yeah but... Why would you celebrate it in the middle of February?" he asked, reading the card.

"It changes every year, America. It's not always in February. It has been in January before," Japan informed him.
