America looked around the store and saw some chocolate. He gasped like a little kid and grabbed Germany's arm, "Germany, can I have some German chocolate PLEEAAASSEEE?" he asked, and pouted with big eyes like everyone else for for it, when only England did.

Germany sighed, exasperated. "Ja, fine." The pharmacologist returned to the cash register, medication in hand. "Uh, could we also have a few bars of Vivani's?" "Sure, sure." He grabbed the chocolate and totaled the cost quickly. "That'll be eight euros." "Here." Germany handed over the cash and gave America the chocolate. "Happy now?"

America opened it and ate half of it in thirty seconds.

Germany stared. "Mein Gott...." He shook his head. "You're going to make yourself sick, you know."

"How?" he asked, tilting his head, "It's just chocolate," he tucked the rest of it in his pocket for later. He looked around and kept asking him what stuff meant.

"It doesn't matter, if you eat /anything/ that fast, you'll..." he sighed. "Never mind." He continued walking, attempting to translate German words for the fast-talking American. "Ja, that's Bekleidungsgeschäft, a clothing place... Hundskugel, a restaurant... Aha! Esther's Bäckerei. The bakery I wanted to stop at."

America prodded him in the ribs with his index finger, "Can I get a cake?"

Germany sighed. "Just how many sweets are you planning on asking for?" Still, he walked in and greeted the owner of the family-run bakery. "Esther, two pound cakes and a brod torte, please." The elderly shopowner nodded pleasantly and and packaged the requested pastries.

"I like German sweets," America laughed, "You make really good chocolate 83 Not as good as Hershey's but sometimes I just like, crave German chocolate," he shrugged, "So I'm loadin' up."

"Ah... Thanks for the compliment, I guess." He attempted a smile, felt uncomfortable, and let it drop. The lady handed Germany the packaged sweets, and he handed one of the pound cakes to America. "That was the last stop I wanted to make, so we can go straight to the border from here. It's a bit of a walk, though."

"I suppose, but we'd either have to walk back to my place to pick up my car or find a train schedule and wait," replied Germany. "I wasn't exactly planning on going out this far when I left," he said, staring pointedly at America.

America crossed his arms and thought for a bit, "We could call a superhero and have him FLY us!"

Germany stared at America for a few seconds. "=_=...Just.... come with me. We're walking." He pulled his trio of canines out of their resting position and began walking towards the border again.

"Auuugh," America followed. He didn't wanna walk! He munched on his chocolate, slower this time.
