America touched his throat and sighed. His voice was cracking. FABULOUS.
How was he supposed to be taken seriously when he sounded like a dying frog?
He sighed and stood, and took the piece of paper from a boy, "What!?" he croaked after reading it, then blushed at the sound of his own voice, "This tax is fucking ridiculous!" he slammed the paper on the table and stormed passed the boy, going out to find his guardian.

England was at his house drinking tea. He's just put the tax up on tea and was wondering about the reaction he would get.

America tried to kick the door open and failed, "BLAST that hurt," he held onto his foot and hopped around, and after some weird looks from people put his foot down again, and knocked as gently as he could with his built up rage.

America glared up at him, "You're taxing me and my people with HARDLY any representation from your Parliment," he said, "That's violating my rights as an Englishman and I will not stand for it!"
He felt absolutely ridiculous with his voice cracking. But he held his ground and kept his stoney glare on England. His fists tightened slightly.
((I have NO clue what the taxation without represation is supposed to mean, I'm too tired to understand Wikipedia and they never went that deep in school =3=))

Taxation without representation means that you need to have prove and viable reason to raise the taxes, not only because you 'felt' like it ))

America put his foot in the doorway, and pushed it open again, "You're not being fair to my people, England," he said, looking away, slightly, then back up at him, "I'll leave and be fine if you tell me why the taxes are so high. There needs to be a reason."

America banged on the door, and ignored his throbbing fist, and made a mental note to stop hitting doors. At least until he was strong enough to break them down. Which he was confident that one day, he would be.
He tried to open the door but found it locked. He thought for a moment and walked to the back of the house, but found the back door locked as well.
Pissed, and his patience worn thin, he walked back to the front of the house, smiling a bit. He planned on making a scene, since he himself wouldn't get embarrassed, and it'll only embarrass England. He began to pound on the door, "I DON'T WANT TO SLEEP IN THE STREETS TONIGHT BROTHER! PLEASE LET ME IN AND GIVE ME DINNER TONIGHT! I DIDN'T MEAN TO SPILL TEA ON YOU!"
It took all his might not to burst out in laughter.

England's eye twitched; America was set on embarrasing him, wasn't he? He tried to ignore him as he thought that America would get bored sooner or later. But when he discovered that he wasn't going to shit up, England stood from his chair and opened the window, shouting, "Will you shut up!?!"

Fake tears rolled down America's cheeks. People were staring. Good.
America messed with the hem of his coat, "Don't make me sleep out in the cold tonight. I got sick last time, remember?"
This was all bullshit. America just wanted to get back in the house.

He shook his head, "When you learn to not tell lies I may consider allowing you back in the house." He said, knowing what America was up to.
