((COME BACK TO MEEEE!! /I'm/ tearing up here!))
England wondered if he should go after America. He didn't have anywhere else to go, did he? But he just declared his hatred and sort of independance so England didn't know what to do....

America brightened when he saw the bar owner closing up the bar. He ran over, "Sir?" He looked down, "Alfred? Why are you back?" "My brother kicked me out," he mumbled, and the bar owner tilted his head. "Sorry to hear that." "I knw this is a lot to ask, and I wouldn't ask it if it wasn't raining-" "You want to stay over?" he ran his fingers through his hair as Alfred nodded. "Please." "I would. You know I would, Alfred. I just... Don't have enough room." Alfred nodded, glad the rain was hiding his tears, "Thank you anyway," he said, "I'll see you later." he ran past him and down the street again. "Poor kid. Who would kick out their own brother?"

England decided to go look for him. Grabbing an umbrella and a coat he set off, hoping he could find him.

America sat under a roof that stuck out just far enough to cover him. He stripped off his jacket so he wouldn't get cold and set it down next to him, "I could get used to this," he tried to assure himself, as he wiped his wet face with his wet sleeve, so it accomplished nothing, "Living on the streets can't be all bad."

England wandered around trying to find him. He was starting to get worried when he saw no sign of him. Where could he have gone? Sighing, he was about to give up when he saw him under some kind of roof. He sighed and approached him, "I'm sorry..." He said when he stood infront of him. The least he could do was try and make things right.

America stiffened, and he put his face in his knees, and cuddled closer to them. He cried harder, wishing they would stop. He came looking for him. Did he really care? Did he just kick him out to scare America out of independence? He sniffled and wiped his tear. He had to stop crying, he was 14, this was absurd. He looked up at Arthur, and, unable to keep his gaze on him, looked back down and finally asked, "For what?"

"Everything." England said, he meant it too. He didn't know what possessed him to kick America out the house, it was stupid and wrong. Sighing, he continued, "Are you going to come back? You'll catch a cold otherwise..."

Slowly, America stood. He grabbed his jacket and stepped underneath the umbrella. He glanced up at England, and hugged him, "I don't hate you."

"I know." England said, keeping the umbrella above the two of them. With his free hand, he hugged America back and said, "Come on, let's go back."

"Wait," America looked up at him, as he let him go, "Because I've forgiven you for kicking me out of the house, doesn't mean I've forgiven you for everything else."

England nodded, "Alright." He said. Fair enough, right?

He blinked, "One more thing," he felt like he'd be pushing it if he asked this, "Are you going to try and do /anything/ about the tea?" he asked.

((Ah, right-o! XD))
"I'll think of something." England said, doing his best not to get mad or anything.
